- The rotor shaft of this machine is made with Taiwanese technology, and the spiral angle and working length of the rotor wings are designed reasonably, which can enable the material to achieve the best kneading effect. Additionally, it can knead the material faster by 1-2 minutes per batch than a regular kneader.
- The rotor edge peak and end face are welded with wear-resistant hard alloy; the surface of the rotor, upper ram, and mixing chamber that come into direct contact with the material are polished and then plated with hard chrome (0.1mm) to achieve a mirror-like finish that is both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
- The rotor end face adopts a contact external pressure lubrication-free sealing structure, the sealing ring is made of high-quality wear-resistant copper, and the sealing effect is good.
- The upper opening of the mixing chamber is connected to the arm of the machine frame by an arc plate slot labyrinth sealing structure, which has good sealing and dustproof effects.
- The electrical control system uses imported LS electrical components from Korea, which effectively reduces the occurrence rate of faults and has complete and reliable control, monitoring, alarming and other functions, as well as necessary linkage protection.
